30' Double Deck Pontoon w/ Slide Policies

Cancellation: All vessel rental fees are due and payable upon the reservation of the vessel. Lessee may cancel the reservation at any time up to 7 days before the rental date and Lessor will refund the rental fees. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the rental date nor in the event of a no show. Lessor may cancel a reservation without refund in the event Lessee operates the vessel in a negligent manner or is intoxicated. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date due to inclement weather, Lessor will permit Lessee to reschedule and use the rental fee for another date within one year of the rental date.

Raincheck Policy: If our staff determine that it is unsafe to leave the dock for the day due to severe weather, we will keep your deposit to be fully applied to a future rental. If severe weather limits the time able to be out safely, we will adjust your rental fee accordingly. Most times in the summer, storms/showers move through LBL area rather quickly, and we can work around any rain & weather.

Unfortunately, members of a rental party canceling or not feeling well are not valid rescheduling/refund excuses as last minute cancellations prevent us from renting the boat to someone else. By submitting your credit card information through our online portal, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

At Green Turtle Bay Boat Rentals, we offer a variety of boats, including pontoon, tritoon, and double deck pontoon boats with slides, allowing our customers to enjoy a thrilling experience while exploring Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley.

Reservations

Full-day reservations for pontoon rentals may me made online or by calling (270) 362-0121. Half day rentals are on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Safety Restrictions

All operators of vessels must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license. Children under 12 years of age and younger must wear a life preserver at all times while on the vessel.

Pet Fee

We are thrilled to accommodate your furry friends on our rental boats. Pets are allowed as long as they are leashed when embarking or disembarking the boat and remain on the resort property.
